Shriram Enterprises is seeking a Compliance Officer in Pune to oversee mandatory payroll and statutory compliance across PF, ESIC, and PT. The role involves end-to-end filing, records maintenance, and audit support within a busy HR function.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on statutory payroll compliance experience, with strong Excel skills and a detail-oriented approach to deadlines.

Job description of Compliance Officer:

Preferred candidate profile -

• Graduate with 2-3 Years of hands-on experience in Statutory Compliance / Payroll Compliance.
• Candidates from Manpower Supply, Labour Contractor, Staffing, Recruitment or Facility Management companies preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of PF, ESIC and Professional Tax (PT).
• Experience in monthly challan preparation, payment and statutory return filing.
• Hands-on experience in PF ECR, ESIC compliance and PT returns.
• Experience in handling statutory audits, inspections and compliance documentation.
• Good knowledge of payroll data, employee records and statutory reconciliation.
• Ability to independently track statutory due dates and ensure timely compliance.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and statutory compliance portals.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills and ability to work within deadlines.
• Candidates who have independently handled end-to-end PF, ESIC, PT and labour compliance will be preferred.
