Job summary

Bonito Design is seeking an HR Analytics professional to analyze HR data, develop dashboards, and provide insights for leadership. You will support workforce planning, forecasts, and collaborate with HR Partners to drive business outcomes through data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, governance, and improving HR reporting frameworks across systems, including employee engagement analysis and audits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a related role.
• Certification in HR Analytics or HR (optional but preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data related to hiring, attrition, performance, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and HR metrics for leadership review.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes.

• Contribute to employee engagement surveys and interpret results to recommend improvements.
