Job summary

Bonito Design is seeking a data-driven HR Analytics professional to analyze HR data across hiring, attrition, performance, and engagement. The role will develop dashboards, reports, and key HR metrics for leadership, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes.

You will collaborate with HR business partners, support workforce planning, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality across HR systems, while contributing to process improvements and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a related role.
• Certification in HR Analytics or HR (optional but preferred).

• Contribute to employee engagement surveys and interpret results to recommend improvements.
