Job summary

Bonito Design seeks an HR Analytics Specialist to analyze hiring, attrition, performance, compensation, and engagement data, and to build dashboards for leadership review.

The role partners with HR Business Partners and leaders to forecast headcount, identify trends, recommend improvements, ensure data accuracy and governance, and support audits and reporting.

A bachelor's in HR, business, statistics, or related field and 3–5 years in HR analytics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR analytics or HR operations.
• Certification in HR Analytics or HR (optional but preferred)

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data related to hiring, attrition, performance, compensation, and engagement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and HR metrics for leadership review.

• Support workforce planning, headcount analysis, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to address organizational challenges using data insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across HR systems.
• Assist in designing and improving HR processes, policies, and reporting frameworks.
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation related to HR data.
• Work with HRIS systems to extract, manage, and analyze employee data.
• Contribute to employee engagement surveys and interpret results to recommend improvements.
