Advance Career Solutions in Gurugram, Haryana is seeking a strategic HR leader to partner with business heads, translate goals into HR strategies, and drive workforce planning.

You will own talent acquisition for the North Zone, oversee performance cycles, design engagement initiatives, and support retention and people analytics.

The role covers HR operations, compliance, learning and development, and change management to enable a high-performing organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into HR strategies
• Drive workforce planning, organization structuring, and talent optimization
• Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters
• Collaborate with TA team to ensure timely sales hiring for the North Zone
• Support hiring for critical and leadership roles
• Ensure quality of hires and adherence to budget
• Drive performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews)
• Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIP)
• Ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations
• Design and execute engagement initiatives across the region
• Analyze attrition trends and implement retention strategies
• Actively resolve employee grievances and concerns
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance
• Partner with HROps for smooth onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits
• Maintain discipline and ethical workplace practices
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning interventions
• Support leadership development and succession planning
• Drive capability-building initiatives
• Lead HR interventions during organizational changes
• Support culture transformation and communication initiatives
