Role Description

The Human Resource Real Estate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and support staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding team members aligned with the company’s real estate business needs. The individual will oversee HR policies, employee records, attendance, compliance with labor regulations, and performance review processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating training and development programs, supporting sales and property advisory teams with HR-related requirements, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also entails handling employee engagement initiatives, resolving HR queries, and partnering with management to support workforce planning in line with business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Experience with HR administration and compliance, including maintaining employee records, handling attendance and leave, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
