Job summary

Shyamoli Paribahan in Delhi is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Supervisor to manage daily hub/terminal operations, supervise bus movement, scheduling, boarding and dispatch activities.

You will coordinate with drivers, helpers, ticketing, maintenance and customer service teams, ensure on-time departures and arrivals, monitor attendance and shift plans, handle customer issues, and prepare operational reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and transport rules.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.

8. 8. Coordinate with maintenance teams for vehicle breakdowns and safety checks.
9. 9. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and transport regulations.
