Job summary

Shadowfax Technologies in India is seeking a Hub Operations role to manage end-to-end operations for the designated hub. The role covers opening the hub at 6AM, receiving loads, sorting shipments by Pincodes and routes, and coordinating with TLs and riders to ensure timely deliveries and cash handling. You will track performance dashboards, resolve field queries, and ensure daily inventory reconciliation and safety of rider partners.

Job description

Purpose of Role: To run the end to end Hub Operations for their designated hub

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for 100% Adherence in opening of hub at 6AM
2. Receiving the load from vehicle to the hub & in the portal with the other TLs
3. Sorting shipments according to Pincodes & Route wise in coordination with other TLs
4. Negotiating with riders during allocation of shipments
5. Ensuring 100% OFD of rider partners by 10AM & OFP- 2PM
6. Bagging & Connecting the RTO, RTS Shipments & bags
7. Updation of Pincode to be done for the misroute & non-serviceable zone shipments
8. Tracking live performance of rider partner by viewing the statuses updated by the rider partner, solving on field queries & analyzing the dashboards
9. Real time calling on Not Contactable, CID and non OTP canceled cases
10. Closure of runsheet after completion of delivery & pickup rider wise
11. Adherence of Secondary QC Check before closing pickup runsheet
12. Ensure collection of Cash On Delivery amount from riders
13. Mandatory adherence of Inventory Reconciliation on daily basis
14. Maintaining the safety & hygiene of the rider partners
