Job summary

SHYAMOLI (Shyamoli Paribahan Private Limited) seeks a operations leader to head end-to-end hub operations, ensuring on-time dispatch, fleet readiness, cost control, and rapid resolution of disruptions. The role requires strong people management and crisis handling across 24x7 transport operations.

The candidate should have a background in passenger transport or logistics, with 5–8 years of experience and at least 2 years in supervising teams, plus proficiency in Excel/Sheets and telematics tools.

Qualifications

• MBA/PG Diploma in Operations, Logistics, Transport or Management preferred.
• 5–8 years in passenger transport, fleet, logistics, mobility or 24x7 field operations with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience with fleet dispatch, vehicle systems, preventive maintenance, vendor billing, MIS.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets, email, GPS/telematics platforms and mobile reporting tools.
• Strong decision-making, people management, negotiation, crisis handling and communication skills.
• Valid driving licence and familiarity with local geography preferred.

Role purpose: To lead end-to-end hub operations and ensure safe, on-time dispatch, fleet readiness, cost control, vendor service quality, staff discipline and rapid resolution of operational disruptions.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG Diploma in Operations, Logistics, Transport or Management is preferred.
• Typically 5-8 years of experience in passenger transport, fleet, logistics, mobility, travel or other 24x7 field operations, including at least 2 years of team supervision.
• Working knowledge of fleet dispatch, basic vehicle systems, preventive maintenance, vendor billing, petty cash and operational MIS.
• Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets, email, GPS/telematics platforms and mobile reporting tools.
• Strong decision-making, people management, negotiation, crisis handling and written/verbal communication skills.
• Valid driving licence and familiarity with the local geography are preferred.
