Job summary

Freshtohome in Zirakpur is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor to oversee hub opening/closing, supervise executives, plan deliveries, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. The role includes daily run/pickup sheets, reporting, petty cash handling, and occasional field delivery support.

The candidate will coordinate with teams to ensure timely shipments, route sorting, and staff training, contributing to smooth hub operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• 1- Ensure Hub opening & closing is done as per operational standards and requirements.
• 2. Supervise the Executives As per the Shipments.
• 3. Planning as per Deliveries
• 4. Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operational standards.
• 5. Sorting shipment as per defined routes.
• 6. Create the Run sheet/Pickup sheet and assign daily work to Executives
• 7. Prepare Reports; Check and revert on mails.
• 8. Execute Hub work.
• 9. Prepare and share Daily reports.
• 10. Handling Petty cash
• 11. Participate in delivering the shipment/pickup as per operational requirement to the customer when required.
• 12 Hiring Man power As per the Requirement
