Job summary

Shadowfax Technologies in Delhi is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee multiple hubs within the assigned sub-zone, driving daily performance and ensuring KPI achievement across the network.

You will monitor delivery performance, manpower, attendance, capacity and service levels; coordinate with HR, Finance, and other teams; implement improvements, manage hub teams, recruit, onboard, and ensure SOPs and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple hubs within the assigned sub-zone.
• Drive daily operational performance across all hubs and ensure achievement of KPIs.
• Monitor delivery performance, productivity, manpower, attendance, capacity, and service levels.
• Ensure smooth hub operations, shipment movement, and last-mile delivery.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
• Manage and develop Hub Managers/Hub In-Charges and other operational teams.
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention with HR/TA.
• Monitor hub-level cost, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Finance, Control Tower, Central Operations, and Business teams.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance, safety, and process guidelines.
• Analyze operational data and prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
• Handle escalations related to customers, delivery partners, manpower, and hub operations.
• Support new hub launches, expansion, and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular hub visits and ensure consistent operational standards across the sub-zone.
