Job summary

Growth For Impact invites an experienced operations leader to drive the planning, setup, and launch of new POINTO HUBs in strategic locations across India. You will own the P&L, optimize inventory, and lead cross-functional efforts across procurement, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless, cost-efficient hub operations.

You will supervise design layouts, implement KPI tracking, and build a high-performing team focused on on-time fulfillment, accuracy, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, setup, and operational launch of new POINTO HUBs in strategic locations.
• Ensure all hubs are fully equipped, staffed, and operationally efficient before launch.
• Oversee the design and layout of hubs to optimize product flow, picking, and packing processes.
• Take full ownership of the P&L for each hub, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
• Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
• Work closely with the finance team to track and report operational expenses, revenue, and key financial metrics.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained to meet demand while minimizing waste and overstock.
• Collaborate with suppliers, procurement teams, and logistics providers to streamline the supply chain and improve delivery timelines.
• Implement robust inventory management systems to monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Continuously review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, speed, and accuracy in order fulfilment.
• Leverage technology and automation tools to optimize picking, packing, and delivery processes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for operational performance, including order fulfilment times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and manage a high-performing team responsible for day-to-day hub operations.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities to team members.
