Job summary

Navata is seeking a Hub Operations leader responsible for the overall strategy and execution of hub operations across locations. You will plan and direct business activities, ensure strict SOP compliance, and drive continuous improvement to boost accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires building customer rapport, managing key accounts, and overseeing recruitment, training, and staff development to ensure the hub operates as a profit centre with strong growth orientation and end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Hub Operations as well as the planning and directing activities and operations of the business.
• Effective execution of the SOP with zero deviations.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations.
• Customer rapport and network and need to handle Key accounts.
• Over-viewing the staff recruitment, training, leading and employee development.
• Works with freight and transportation companies to get route and rate.
• Needs to be driven, growth oriented and accountable. Should have high level vision along with capability to get into individual execution details.
• Candidate should have a 360 degree control of the respective locations and should play a key role in making the office a profit centre
