Job summary

Shadowfax Technologies is hiring for an Operations Hub Manager to oversee daily hub activities, including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and shipment processing. You will supervise hub staff, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure on-time dispatch while meeting delivery SLAs.

You will coordinate with line haul and last-mile teams, maintain hub records, and handle customer escalations to sustain high service quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hub operations, including inbound, sorting, dispatch, and shipment processing.
• Supervise hub staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure timely dispatch and adherence to delivery SLAs.
• Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and hub records.
• Handle RTO shipments and minimize RTO rates.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare daily performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with line haul, last-mile, and support teams to resolve operational issues.
• Address customer and operational escalations promptly.
• Maintain hub assets, equipment, and overall operational efficiency.
