Job summary

Talentco in Mulund, Mumbai seeks an HRMS Sales Executive with 2+ years of B2B/Field sales experience to drive lead generation, client visits, HRMS/HR Tech software sales, and product demos.

You will manage follow-ups and sales closures, working on-site in Mulund to expand our HR consulting and staffing services. The role requires hands-on selling, demonstration of product value, and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B/Field Sales.
• Experience in lead generation, client visits, HRMS/HR Tech/Software sales, product demos, follow-ups and sales closure.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation and prospecting in target segments.
• Schedule and conduct client visits and product demonstrations.
• Follow up with leads to move deals through the sales funnel.
