We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our growing HR Tech team.

Responsibilities

• This is a field sales role that involves complete ownership of the sales cycle — from generating leads and scheduling client meetings, visiting client locations for product demos, presenting HRMS & Payroll solutions, driving negotiations, and closing deals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years in end-to-end HR/payroll services sales.
• Proven experience visiting client locations for product demos and presentations.
• Candidates from payroll services or HR software sales background preferred.
