Job summary

Alldigi Tech is hiring a Sales Manager for Payroll & Compliance Managed Services in Mumbai. Drive new business in HRMS solutions, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and close deals with mid-market to enterprise clients. You will partner with internal teams to deliver proposals, demos, and SOWs, ensuring revenue growth and strong CRM pipeline.

The role demands independent, target-driven performance. Candidates should have 7+ years in B2B sales, strong closing skills, and deep understanding of India

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales (Payroll / Compliance / HRMS).
• Strong track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
• Understanding of India payroll & statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
