Job summary

Buzzworks Business Services is seeking a Customer Support professional to provide timely technical assistance for HRM software in an Indian context. The role involves understanding customer issues, coordinating with internal teams, and visiting client locations when needed to gather requirements and feedback.

You will handle queries, track resolutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Hindi language proficiency is preferred, and prior SaaS HRMS experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Support/Application Support.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with internal and customer teams.
• Hindi-speaking candidates preferred.
• Experience with HRMS/HRM software, SaaS products, or business applications is a plus.
