Job summary

Trigya Innovations India, a Zoho One Premium Partner, seeks a motivated HR Executive (Fresher) to join our HR operations team in Kharkhoda, Haryana. You will receive comprehensive training on Zoho HRMS implementations before handling live projects.

You will assist with attendance, onboarding, documentation, payroll data collection, and client coordination while learning Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Recruit to map HR workflows to Zoho solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, attendance).
• Interest in HR technology and HRMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Assist day-to-day HR activities including attendance, onboarding, documentation, and employee communication.

• Coordinate with departments for HR-related tasks and follow-ups.
• Support payroll preparation through data collection and verification.
• Zoho HRMS Implementation (Training will be provided): Learn and understand Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Recruit, and support configuration based on client needs.
• Project Implementation Coordination: Work with project manager to complete client projects on time and document status.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive (Fresher) to join our team. As a Zoho One Premium Partner, we specialize in implementing Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Recruit for various clients across industries. This role involves hands-on HR operations, project implementation, and coordination with internal teams and clients. The candidate will receive complete training on Zoho HRMS implementations before working on live projects.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Assist in day-to-day HR activities including attendance, onboarding, documentation, and employee communication.
• Maintain HR records and support routine HR queries.
• Coordinate with departments for HR-related tasks and follow-ups.
• Support payroll preparation through data collection and verification.
• Zoho HRMS Implementation (Training will be provided): Learn and understand the structure, features, and modules of Zoho People (HRMS), Zoho Payroll, and Zoho Recruit. Support the implementation team in configuring HR modules based on client requirements. Assist in data migration, testing, and user setup during implementation.
• Project Implementation Coordination: Work closely with the project manager and implementation team to complete client projects on time. Communicate with clients to understand their HR workflows and assist in mapping them to Zoho solutions. Prepare project documentation, process flows, and status reports. Coordinate internal meetings, follow up on tasks, and ensure smooth end-to-end project execution.
