Qualifications

• BBA or MBA in HR or related field.
• 0–2 years of HR or payroll experience.
• Basic knowledge of HR software; Zoho tools training provided.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage HRMS and payroll systems for clients (Zoho People/Payroll).
• Prepare HR documentation such as policies, letters, and SOPs.
• Maintain employee records, leaves, and attendance.
• Handle payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, TDS).
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate with client HR/admin during implementation and support.
• Draft and update HR policies per client or company needs.
• Prepare MIS reports and HR analytics for clients and management.

Job Description We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our growing team. This role involves managing internal HR and payroll functions, as well as supporting clients in setting up and operating HR and payroll systems—especially through Zoho People and Zoho Payroll. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn HR technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing HRMS and payroll systems (Zoho People/Payroll) for clients
• Prepare HR documentation including policies, letters, and SOPs
• Maintain employee records, leaves, and attendance
• Handle internal payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
• Coordinate with client HR/admin teams during implementation and support
• Draft and update HR policies as per client or company needs
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and HR analytics for clients and management

Requirements

• BBA / MBA in HR or related discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or payroll
• Basic knowledge of HR software (training will be provided for Zoho tools)
• Good command of written and spoken English
