Job summary

Tonbo Imaging seeks an HR Systems & Zoho Integration Specialist to lead Zoho People configurations, HRIS projects, and cross-system automations. This role focuses on HR data accuracy, reporting, and seamless integrations with payroll and recruitment platforms.

The candidate should be proficient with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Deluge, and APIs, and capable of translating HR processes into scalable system solutions while coordinating with IT and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Zoho People and Zoho integrations.
• Good knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Deluge and APIs.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in HR/payroll system integration will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Zoho People modules – Employee Data, Attendance, Leave, Timesheets, Performance, Onboarding and Exit.
• Integrate Zoho People with Payroll, Expense, Recruitment, Biometric and other HR systems.
• Automate HR processes using Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator and Deluge.
• Work with APIs, data synchronization and system workflows.
• Understand HR processes and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Manage HR data accuracy, reports, dashboards and system audits.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Payroll and external vendors for system implementation and issue resolution.
• Provide user support, training and prepare SOPs/documentation.
