Responsibilities

• Gap Analysis & Documentation: Prepare SRS, FRD, BRD, and Training Manuals.
• HRM Implementation & Training: Configure, implement, train, and secure client sign-off.
• Risk Mitigation: Conduct periodic project reviews and manage risks proactively.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Guide juniors and coordinate with department heads to meet organisational goals.
• Project Management: Define scope, schedule, and deliverables while ensuring timely execution.
• Immediate Joiners are preferred.

HRMS Functional Consultant with experience in the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate should have successfully implemented an HRM Solution in the Mfg. domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gap Analysis & Documentation: Prepare SRS, FRD, BRD, and Training Manuals.


• HRM Implementation & Training: Configure, implement, train, and secure client sign-off.


• Risk Mitigation: Conduct periodic project reviews and manage risks proactively.


• Leadership & Collaboration: Guide juniors and coordinate with department heads to meet organisational goals.


• Project Management: Define scope, schedule, and deliverables while ensuring timely execution.


• Immediate Joiners are preferred

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in any HRMS Implementation (Lighthouse HRMS, Zoho HRMS, MS Dynamics HRMS, NetSuite HRMS, Infor HRMS, or any HRMS).


• Preferred Qualifications: B. Sc, B. Com, BBA, MBA, Engineering or Equivalent.


• Strong understanding of HRMS modules & business processes in manufacturing.


• Excellent communication & presentation skills, open to travel.


• SQL & data modelling, MS Excel & Office proficiency are a plus.
