Job summary

Extension Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HRMS Functional Consultant to understand HR stakeholders' needs and translate them into HRMS solutions.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, planning HRMS implementation, and developing reports and policies. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential to drive ERP/Zoho HRMS queries and change management. The candidate will coordinate HRMS projects, train users, and contribute to data governance and process automation.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HRMS/HR systems experience.
• Strong HRMS functional understanding and stakeholder handling.
• Ability to gather requirements from meetings with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather fundamental or critical information from meetings with stakeholders.
• Consult internal and external stakeholders to understand HR functional objectives and create a solution approach.
• Manage change management for ongoing HRMS queries (ERP & Zoho).
• Plan, coordinate, and execute HRMS implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain HRMS policies, procedures and data management.
• Develop and maintain HRMS reports and dashboards as required.
• Train HR and other stakeholders on HRMS usage and related processes.
• Business automation and workflow process development (desirable).
