Job summary

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• HRMS Platform Ownership: Serve as administrator for system workflows, module updates, permissions, vendor management, and routine platform maintenance.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Execute digital onboarding, background checks, document verification, profile creation, and offboarding/clearance procedures.
• HR Data & Record Integrity: Audit and update master employee records (transfers, promotions, exits) to ensure 100% data accuracy and audit compliance.
• Documentation & Metrics: Issue official letters (offers, experience certificates) and generate HR analytics on headcount, turnover, and leave trends.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies or issues with the HRMS.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including new hires,terminations, promotions, and changes in compensation or benefits in the relevant softwares.
• Attendance & Time Integration: Reconcile leave, work hours, and time-tracking inputs to ensure accurate compensation payout.
• Statutory & Legal Compliance: Ensure all processing adheres to applicable labor laws, tax withholdings, and mandatory statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant prior experience in HR Operations, Payroll Processing, or HR Data Management.
• Software Proficiency: Highly comfortable with MS Office and MS Excel for data management, tracking, and reporting.
• HRMS & Tools: Prior experience working with standard HRMS portals.
• Labor Laws: Working knowledge of state-wise labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.

Preferrred: MBA-HR

Candidates in western line Mumbai are preferred.
