Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Purpose

The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, performance management, change management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
  • Partner with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and workforce needs.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.

Talent Management
  • Support talent acquisition and onboarding activities.
  • Identify talent gaps and create succession planning strategies.

  • Support reward and recognition programs.
Employee Relations
