Job summary

Blue Star in Telangana seeks an HR professional to partner with Sales, Service, Marketing and Support leaders on day-to-day people matters and align HR support with business priorities.

You will coordinate Talent Acquisition, workforce planning and budgeting, drive performance cycles, and lead capability-building initiatives while strengthening employee engagement and relations with a strong emphasis on recruitment delivery and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Experience supporting talent acquisition and onboarding readiness.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and share insights via dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple managers on day-to-day people matters and HR support.
• Coordinate talent acquisition: requisitions, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and budgeting with HRBP.
• Coordinate performance management processes including goal setting.
• Identify learning needs and coordinate capability-building initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Support employee relations and policy compliance.
• Analyze HR metrics and share actionable insights via dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory requirements, and governance.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Service, Marketing and Support functional managers on day-to-day people matters and provide HR support aligned to business priorities.
• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely closure of open positions by managing manpower requisitions, interview scheduling, stakeholder communication, offer approvals, and onboarding readiness.
• Support workforce planning, headcount tracking, and manpower budgeting in collaboration with the HRBP Manager.
• Coordinate for performance management processes, including goal setting and review cycles.
• Partner with managers to identify learning needs and coordinate capability-building initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, skip-level connects, and action plans to improve employee experience.
• Support employee relations by addressing employee queries, facilitating grievance resolution, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring status, headcount, and productivity, and share actionable insights with HRBP Manager via Dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory requirements, and organizational governance.
