Nibav Lifts in Chennai seeks an HRBP Head to lead human resources strategy and drive performance across functions. You will oversee KPI tracking, performance management, and workforce planning, partnering with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.

The role requires 15+ years of HR experience, strong governance and budgeting capabilities, and a proven ability to shape employer branding and talent strategies. On-site role with broad scope across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly performance reviews and KPI tracking across departments.
• Design and implement performance management frameworks aligned to business goals.
• Analyze productivity metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Lead succession planning and build internal talent pipeline for critical roles.
• Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning and organizational structuring.
• Manage escalations related to performance, discipline, and employee relations.
• Drive structured Rewards & Recognition and variable pay frameworks.
• Ensure manpower budgeting and cost optimization.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and partnering with senior business leaders.
• Lead change management initiatives and new HR projects.
• Strengthen employer branding and talent positioning strategy.
• Draft, review, and enforce HR policies and governance framework.
• Drive HR audits and ensure documentation compliance.
• Oversee employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit).
• Demonstrated success in managing strategic hiring and employer branding initiatives.
