1. HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage and maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Support payroll inputs, leave & attendance management, and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership review.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, HR processes, and statutory compliance.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Manage employee exit processes including clearances and exit interviews.
• Support smooth transitions across employee lifecycle events (confirmation, transfers, promotions).

3. Recruitment & Talent Support

• Assist in job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely closures of positions.
• Partner with TA and HR teams to strengthen employer branding initiatives.

4. Employee Engagement & Relations

• SupportHRBPteam in conducting engagement activities, surveys, and recognition programs.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, escalating complex cases where required.
• Contribute to building a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
