Job summary

Skillventory is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a production plant in India. You will manage HR operations for blue-collar and white-collar staff, support production teams, and handle employee relations on the shop floor.

The role requires strong IR knowledge, contract labour coordination, compliance with labour laws, and partnership with supervisors to ensure smooth workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant/Factory HR within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience handling factory workers (blue- and white-collar) and supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of industrial relations and labour law compliance.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Production to manage HR operations and employee relations at a manufacturing plant. The candidate should have strong experience handling factory workers, blue-collar and white-collar employees, and supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end plant HR operations for production employees, including blue-collar workers, white-collar staff, and supervisors.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, absenteeism, and workforce-related issues on the shop floor.
• Manage industrial relations (IR), contract labour, and coordination with labour contractors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and factory-related regulations.
• Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, shift-related workforce requirements, and employee engagement activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in Plant HR / Factory HR / HRBP within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or auto components.
• Must have hands-on experience handling factory workers and both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Strong knowledge of industrial relations, employee grievance handling, labour law compliance, and contract labour management.
