United HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the Plant HR function with a strong focus on core HR activities.

The role will partner with plant leadership on manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations, while limiting emphasis on IR, union handling, and contract labour management. You will drive performance management, talent development, succession planning and employee relations, and support organizational development initiatives

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in core HR/HRBP functions, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience from established/reputed organizations preferred.
• Candidates with roles like HR Head/Manager may be considered based on scope.
• Core HR exposure is mandatory; IR/union labour focus not preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, employee engagement and HR operations experience.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the Plant HR function as an HR Business Partner. The role will focus primarily on core HR functions at the plant level, with comparatively limited emphasis on Industrial Relations (IR), union handling, and contract labour management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end core HR functions at the plant level.
• Partner with plant leadership on manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations.
• Manage performance management, talent development, succession planning and employee relations.
• Drive HR policies, processes, compliance and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions and separation.
• Act as the HR Business Partner for the plant and work closely with business and functional leaders.
• Support organizational development and other strategic HR initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in core HR / HRBP functions with 12+ years of experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Candidates from established and reputed organizations are preferred.
• Candidates currently working as HR Head, HR Manager, Senior Manager HR, or Assistant Manager HR may be considered based on experience and scope of work.
• Core HR exposure is mandatory. Candidates whose experience is predominantly in IR, union handling or contract labour management may not be suitable.
• Strong stakeholder management, employee engagement and HR operations experience.
