JSW Steel in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking an HR professional to provide comprehensive HR support for plant operations. The role includes coordinating with Production and Engineering to resolve grievances and enhance engagement, leading recruitment planning and selection, and ensuring PMS implementation across the workforce.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in HR, an MBA/PGDM in HR/IR, and strong HRBP skills with excellent multitasking and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Human Resources or related field in manufacturing preferred.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or relevant discipline.
• Strong understanding of HRBP principles and practices; apply at plant level.
• Excellent coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités
