Job summary

EXL is seeking an experienced HR leader to align people strategies with business objectives in Pune. You will partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession initiatives across the organization.

You will coach managers, shape performance processes, and lead change programs during mergers, restructures, or expansions, ensuring compliant policies and strong employee engagement. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Support succession planning, career development, and employee growth initiatives.
• Partner with recruitment teams to ensure hiring strategies meet long-term business needs.
• Implement and oversee performance review systems.
• Coach managers on leadership practices and handling performance issues.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Develop programs to enhance employee morale and engagement.
• Guide leaders through organizational changes such as mergers, restructures, or expansions.
• Ensure smooth transitions and manage the human impact of change
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR regulations.
• Develop and update HR policies to maintain compliance and support business goals.
• Use HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and recommend solutions.
