• Performance and retention: support reviews, coach managers, analyze attrition, conduct exit interviews, retention initiatives.
• HR analytics and policy implementation: analyze metrics for insights and ensure policy rollout with compliance teams.

• HR Business Partnering: Partner with business leaders on HR strategy, organizational change, succession planning, talent reviews, and employee development.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Drive employee engagement, culture, DEI initiatives, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes while ensuring policy compliance.
• Performance & Retention Management: Support performance reviews, coach managers, analyze attrition trends, conduct exit interviews, and implement retention initiatives.
• HR Analytics & Policy Implementation: Analyze HR metrics to provide business insights and ensure effective implementation of HR policies in coordination with compliance and legal teams.
