• Establish performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance
• Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Maintain employee records, attendance and handle all aspects of HR compliance, including audits and reporting
