Job summary

Oben Electric is seeking a Senior HR Leader to partner with business leaders, align HR strategies with organizational objectives, and drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.

You will lead end-to-end talent management, including hiring strategy, performance management, career development, and retention initiatives, while advising leadership on employee relations and change management.

Qualifications

• MBA/MSW in HR or related field is required.
• 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Lead end-to-end talent management, including hiring strategy, performance management, career development, and retention initiatives.
• Advise leadership on employee relations, performance issues, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
• Promote employee engagement, culture-building, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development.
• Lead performance review cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning discussions.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits on salary benchmarking, rewards, and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR governance standards.
• Build and monitor HR dashboards, analyze people metrics, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Coach and mentor HR team members while fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to support business growth.

Education

MBA/MSW in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field

• – Lead performance review cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning discussions.
