Job summary

Durus Consulting is seeking a Strategic HRBP to partner with Product & Technology leadership in Odisha, driving workforce strategy and talent outcomes across Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital teams.

The role emphasizes organizational design, change management, and executive coaching, with a focus on retention, engagement, and leadership capability to support transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• MBA/Master's in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• SHRM/HRCI certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align people strategy with technology and product business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, succession, retention, and talent strategies for critical technology roles.
• Coach leaders on performance, organizational effectiveness, and talent decisions.

Qualifications

Experience

15-20 years of HR experience with significant HRBP exposure supporting Product, SaaS, Cloud, AI/ML, Engineering, or Digital organizations.
