Strategic HR partner responsible for driving business outcomes through talent, culture, capability building, and future-ready workforce planning. Managing end to end 4 quadrant of HR - Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for key roles ensuring quality and speed
  • Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience
  • Track TA metrics (TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire)
• Employee Engagement
  • Design and drive engagement calendar aligned to business priorities
  • Analyze engagement survey insights and drive action plans
  • Lead culture initiatives, recognition programs, and communication forums
  • Partner managers to improve employee experience and retention
• Learning & Development
  • Identify capability gaps through business diagnostics
  • Co-create learning roadmap with COEs and business leaders
  • Facilitate leadership development and manager capability programs
  • Measure learning impact on performance and productivity
• Talent Management (Hi-Po & Succession Planning)
  • Drive talent reviews and build Hi-Po identification framework
  • Develop succession plans for critical roles
  • Create individual development plans (IDPs) for key talent
  • Monitor talent pipeline health and readiness metrics

Candidate Profile

• Experience – 8 - 12Years
