Job summary

Omega Healthcare in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Manager HR Business Partner (Product & Engineering) to partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering and Design and drive people strategies aligned with business goals. You will lead workforce planning, talent management and stay ahead of AI-driven talent needs.

The role requires 6+ years of HR experience with 4–5+ years in HRBP, and a strong track record partnering with senior technology leaders. MBA/PGDBM in HR is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR experience with 4–5+ years in HRBP roles.
• Experience partnering with senior Engineering, Product, Technology, or Design leaders.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI/ML.
• Business acumen, analytical mindset, stakeholder management and executive presence.
• MBA/PGDBM in HR from a reputed institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product & Engineering leadership on workforce planning, organization effectiveness, talent, performance, and employee engagement.
• Drive end-to-end talent lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, development, career growth, retention, and succession planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to build strong pipelines for technology roles including AI Engineers, Architects, Tech Specialists, Product Managers, and Tech Leaders.
• Drive talent development, high-potential programs, career pathways, and future-ready capability building across AI/GenAI/ML.
• Lead engagement and retention initiatives, including stay interviews and proactive flight-risk identification.
• Use people analytics and data-driven insights to support organization design and workforce decisions.
• Drive performance management and high-performance culture initiatives.
• Partner with C&B on competitive compensation strategies and manage complex employee relations matters.
