Job summary

Srijan Style in Kolkata is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead HRBP activities across multiple stores. You will drive recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, and engagement initiatives to support business goals.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on retail operations exposure, and the ability to manage high-volume, multi-location teams in a fast-paced environment. HR/PG qualification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HR experience, preferably in retail/FMCG.
• Strong experience in HR Business Partnering and employee relations.
• Hands-on exposure to retail/store operations and frontline workforce management.
• Good understanding of recruitment, performance management, engagement, and HR policies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume, multi-location teams in a fast-paced environment.
