Aoreindia is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead HR operations in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR roles, particularly in retail or high-volume hiring environments.

The role involves supporting store leaders, driving performance cycles, and ensuring an excellent onboarding experience for new hires. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a willingness to engage directly with store operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRBP / HR Generalist experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or frontline-heavy businesses.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior retail leaders.
• Experience in high-volume hiring and frontline workforce management.

• Ensure strong onboarding and induction experience for new store hires.
• Support store leaders with organization structure and capability building.
• Drive performance cycles for retail teams, including goal setting and feedback.

Requirements & Skills

• Hands‑on with HR operations and performance processes
• Comfortable with travel and on-ground store interactions
