Role & responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate coordination through joining
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate communication, offer follow-ups and joining confirmation
• Coordinate pre-joining documentation and background verification
• Drive new-hire onboarding and joining formalities
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Admin and business teams for onboarding readiness
• Maintain accurate candidate and onboarding status in ATS/HRMS
• Support campus hiring, walk-ins and recruitment drives
• Prepare recruitment & onboarding MIS/dashboards using Excel / Power BI
• Support candidate engagement and employer-branding initiatives
