Role & responsibilities

• Employee engagement:
  • Organize team-building sessions, manage data and ideate for new activities.
  • Supporting internal communications, company-wide announcements, and HR-related communication.
• MIS:
  • Update consolidated reports, ensuring weekly accuracy.
  • Data Management: Maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring data accuracy.
• HRBP support:
  • Assisting HRBPs in strategic HR initiatives, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Assisting HRBPs with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Track PIP progress, arrange refresher training, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Recruitment:
  • Support in Candidate sourcing & documentation. (No target).
