Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
• 13 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and recruitment partners.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure timely feedback collection and consistent candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS.
• Handle offer roll-outs, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
