Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for India, from onboarding to exit.
• Generate offer letters, update HRMS, and prepare exit documentation.
• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers, maintaining confidentiality.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, performance issues, terminations.
• Partner with business leaders and collaborate with the Regional HRBP.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely payroll input.
• Coordinate onboarding with admin and internal teams.
• Initiate background verification checks via vendor portals and report findings to HRBP.
