The role requires 2-6 years of TA/HR Ops experience, a bachelor's in HR or related field (MBA preferred), and proficiency with ATS/HRMS and major portals.

On-site work in Noida Sector 62 is required.

HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations)

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Specialist to drive internal hiring and support HR operations for our growing India operations.

Role Overview

The Human Resource Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for internal positions across the organization, with a primary focus on hiring US Staffing professionals, including Technical Recruiters, Recruitment Managers, Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and other corporate support roles. In addition to talent acquisition, the role will support key HR Operations activities to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for internal hiring.
• Hire Technical Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, Recruitment Managers, Account Managers, Delivery professionals, HR, Finance, and other corporate functions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical, behavioral, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, sourcing effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring reports.

HR Operations

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in the HRMS.
• Support attendance, leave management, employee confirmations, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely HR documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, and organizational events.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
• Support HR compliance and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Required Experience

• 2 - 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Prior experience in a US Staffing, IT Staffing, or Recruitment Consulting organization is highly preferred.
• Proven experience hiring Technical Recruiters, US IT Recruiters, Engineering Recruiters, Account Managers, Recruitment Managers, and other staffing professionals.
• Understanding of the US Staffing industry, recruitment lifecycle, and staffing business model.
• Experience using ATS/HRMS platforms and job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and similar sourcing tools.
