Job summary

Clean Harbors India is hiring for the role of Employee Care Team Associate HR Shared Services / HR Helpdesk in Pune Baner. You will handle HR-related inquiries from US & Canada employees and manage HR Helpdesk tickets through email/ticketing systems.

The position is Work from Office (5 Days/Week) with a 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST shift. F2F interviews are scheduled on Friday, October 07, 2026, at 4.00 PM onwards. Join a dynamic HR team and contribute to timely employee support.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in HR, HR Shared Services or Helpdesk.
• Experience in inbound calling and ticket handling is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of HR, Payroll or Benefits is an advantage.
• Good MS Office skills.
• Willingness to work from office and evening/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from US & Canada employees regarding HR-related queries.
• Handle and resolve HR Helpdesk tickets through email/ticketing systems.
• Address queries related to Payroll, Benefits, HR policies, and employee services.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution.
• Track tickets and follow up on pending issues.
• Coordinate with internal HR teams for escalations and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Meet defined SLA, productivity and quality targets.

What We Are Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of HR, Payroll or Benefits is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Willingness to work from office and evening/night shifts
