Role Overview

As the Senior Analyst - HR Shared Services (Level 2), you will independently manage a broader range of HR service requests and employee lifecycle transactions while providing higher-quality case resolution and operational support. This role is responsible for handling moderately complex cases, resolving employee queries, maintaining process accuracy, and supporting adherence to service-level standards across HR Shared Services operations.

You will work closely with employees, managers, and internal HR teams to ensure requests are processed correctly, employee concerns are addressed efficiently, and service quality is consistently maintained. The role requires stronger process understanding, good judgment in case handling, and the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced service environment.

Your primary objective is to improve service quality, support efficient case resolution, and ensure employee HR requests are handled accurately, compliantly, and within committed timelines.

• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of HR systems, case management platforms such as ServiceNow, and reporting tools including Excel.
