Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an experienced HR Service Delivery Manager to lead workforce data admin and HR service delivery operations. The role requires managing end-to-end HR processes and leading a team of HR Administrators, while ensuring data integrity across HRIS platforms.

The candidate will oversee onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, and leave administration, with shifts as part of a rotational schedule. 13–18 years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 13–18 years of experience in HR service delivery or HR administration.
• Graduation from any discipline is required.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP or Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions and leave administration.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee lifecycle transactions within HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM) and maintain data integrity across systems with regular audits.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Administrators and Coordinators, setting performance expectations and providing feedback.
• Allocate workload to meet SLAs and handle peak volumes; manage capacity across the team.
• Foster accountability, continuous learning and high-quality service delivery within the team.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews and development planning for direct reports.

What would you do?

• Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, and leave administration. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee lifecycle transactions within the HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM). Maintain data integrity across workforce systems, conducting regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Process and strategy of providing and managing human resources services and information to employees within an organization.
• This encompasses various aspects, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll, and other HR related functions. What are we looking for?
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Administrators and Coordinators, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
• Allocate workload effectively across the team, managing capacity to meet SLAs and peak-volume periods.
• Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high-quality service delivery within the team.
