Accenture in India is looking for an HR Service Delivery Analyst to support workforce data administration and HR operations from Bengaluru.

You will handle data management for new hires, exits, and job changes, using SAP/SuccessFactors and MS Office tools, and collaborate with teams to improve productivity. Strong English communication and flexibility for rotational shifts are valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR service delivery or related roles.
