Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR Generalist/Operations experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance.
  • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
  • Develop manpower plans based on business and operational requirements.
  • Onboarding, induction, employee documentation and exits.
  • Ensure day-to-day HR operations and lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain HR MIS and personnel documentation.
  • Coordinate statutory audits, inspections and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave and master data.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Drive employee engagement, welfare and retention initiatives.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and administration for the organization. The role will be responsible for talent acquisition, manpower planning, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, employee relations and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
  • Develop manpower plans based on business and operational requirements.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, employee documentation and exits.
  • Partner with business heads to identify current and future manpower requirements.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act and other statutory compliances.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR MIS and personnel documentation.
  • Coordinate statutory audits, inspections and compliance activities.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and workplace culture.
  • Drive employee engagement, welfare and retention initiatives.
  • Support industrial relations and shop-floor employee matters.
Performance Management & Training
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and review processes.
  • Identify training and development requirements.
  • Coordinate employee training, learning and development initiatives.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and employee development.
Payroll & HR Administration
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave and employee master data.
  • Work closely with Finance/payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Manage HR policies, procedures and employee communication.
  • Oversee general administration, facilities and vendor coordination as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
  • Experience in manufacturing / engineering / industrial environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR operations.
  • Good knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act and POSH.
  • Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Good proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.
